BY PLACING ANY BID YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- DO NOT BID if you do not intend to pay for and pick up winnings. Winnings that are abandoned will result in suspension of all bidding privileges for all auctions.
- You may call 801-815-6785 or 435-610-9597 and schedule a time to come in and preview items prior to the end of the bid Tuesday through Saturday,(Not including holidays) and see the items in person.Read all descriptions and view all images carefully as all items marked “As-Is” are not returnable and the sale is final once the item has left our facility. If you believe that an item won was misrepresented, you may contact NPS to determine if this is the case. Returned items must be in the same condition they were sold in i.e., New Sealed must still be New Sealed. We will not accept ANY products back after30 days from auction completion. Any item that is deemed returnable must have all packing and accessories it was sold with or a fee of no less than 10% will be assessed. NPS reserves the right to request the return of an item sold through its auctions that might be done so within reason (reasonability will be determined by Joyseekers).
- Pick up is the day after the auction ends (Usually Wednesday). Picking up the product is not permitted the day the bids are awarded. Please contact us if you need to make different arrangements.
- Any items not picked up (or arranged to be picked up) after 2 days will be cancelled and charged a restocking fee of 25.00.
